Installing the cameras was a breeze. I tested everything straight out of the box before mounting or running any wires, using only the power supply. Connecting to Wi-Fi was quick, and the picture quality is excellent, even in low light conditions. However, I'm encountering an issue with the time stamp, which won't stay correct despite repeated attempts to set it. This is particularly frustrating because there's no battery backup, so the time discrepancy could pose significant challenges if I ever need to review footage for stolen items or identify a thief. This is the sole reason why I'm withholding a fifth star.

Yes, the Wi-Fi connection is established, and I can view camera video, but I'm unable to zoom in or hear anything from the cameras. It's been a year since I purchased this system, and it still doesn't function properly. Only the cameras connect to the Wi-Fi; the base does not. Despite contacting tech support and following their instructions, the issue persists. Communicating with tech support is challenging due to their strong Asian accent, requiring me to repeat myself frequently. They provided step-by-step instructions to connect the monitor to Wi-Fi, but it was unsuccessful. Upon contacting them again, they advised that the monitor base requires a direct internet cable connection to function correctly. I purchased a long cable and connected it directly, but the problem persists. I've endured this frustration for a year, even investing in cables to connect the base to all four cameras, yet the system still doesn't work. I'm currently searching for an alternative system because this one is subpar. I've rated tech support a 2 because they did answer my call from China, but everything else about the system is unsatisfactory.

The package has arrived, installed it, the packaging is also very high-end, and the video is very clear, much better than expected.

The camera has a stylish appearance, powerful features, and convenient setup. It's very practical, enabling extensive monitoring with clear night vision. It's highly sensitive and very satisfying.
