OOSSXX Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy in full.

1. Refund Timeframe

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and typically takes 7–15 business days to appear in your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).


2. 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

If there is an issue with your order — including defective products, incorrect items, or damaged goods — please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your case and provide further instructions.


2.1 Eligibility & Process

• If your return or exchange request is approved, please ship the product back to us with the order number clearly marked on the packaging. The order number is required to correctly process your refund or replacement.

• If you prefer a replacement, please inform us of the specific product or model you would like instead.

• Please do not return any items before your case has been reviewed and approved. Our customer service team will contact you with specific return instructions after assessing your request.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories and packaging.


2.2 Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the issue is attributable to a product quality defect or fulfillment error on our part, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to pay customs duties, or delivery refusal, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.


3. OOSSXX’s Liability — Quality & Fulfillment Issues

OOSSXX takes full responsibility for the following situations and will provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to the customer.


3.1 Product Damaged on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged, we will either reship the item at no charge or issue a full refund.

Please contact us promptly and provide your order number, product/item number, and photos of the damaged item.


3.2 Incorrect Item Received

If the item you received does not match the specifications of your order — including channel, capacity, color, or style — we will take full responsibility and arrange a remedy.

• If there is a specification discrepancy, please send us a photo of the item received along with your order number and item number.

• If there is a prescription error (where applicable), please send a photo of your original prescription along with your order number.


3.3 Missing Parts or Defects

If your product arrived with missing parts or visible defects, please send us photos along with your order number.

• If the missing parts or minor defects do not affect the normal use of the item and you choose to keep it, we may offer a partial refund or a store voucher as compensation.


3.4 Product Defect Within 30 Days of Receipt

If your product becomes faulty due to workmanship or material quality within 30 days of receiving it, we will reship the item at no additional cost. Alternatively, we may provide a partial refund, replacement, or discount code toward a new purchase, depending on the situation.


4. Customer Liability — Non-Quality Issues

The following situations are considered the customer's responsibility. Returns and exchanges are still accepted within 30 days of receipt; however, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


4.1 Size or Fit Issues

If the product dimensions do not meet your needs, please measure the item to confirm the sizing and contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a return or exchange accordingly.


4.2 Personal Preference (Style or Appearance)

If you are not satisfied with the style, color, or overall appearance of the product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a return or exchange for you.


5. International Orders

Our physical return center is located in the United States.

Due to high international shipping costs, physical returns from outside the United States are generally not required. Please contact our support team for a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or other solution.

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (where applicable) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. OOSSXX is not liable for any such charges.

• OOSSXX reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that is determined to be the result of malicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity, including competitive misuse.


6. Return & Exchange Procedure

Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange request:

  1. Log in to your OOSSXX account and locate the order you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Contact OOSSXX Customer Support and select your preferred resolution type: Exchange or Refund. Specify the product in question and describe the issue in detail. For prescription-related issues (where applicable), please upload a photo of your original prescription. For damaged or defective products, photos are required.
  3. Once we receive your request, a dedicated Customer Service representative will respond to your email within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends). Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a reply. Follow all instructions provided by the representative.

7. Return Office Address

Physical returns are only accepted at our U.S. return center. Items sent to any other address will not be processed.

8. Important Disclaimers

• Always contact our Customer Support Team before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

• The complete original packaging box must be included when returning goods, so as not to affect resale eligibility.

• Product colors displayed on our website may differ slightly from the actual item due to variations in lighting, screen resolution, or photographic backgrounds.

• All product dimensions are measured manually and may have a tolerance of ±1–3 mm.

• OOSSXX does not provide replacement or repair services for products not purchased through OOSSXX.
